Deadlines for Actions relating to Courses

Implementation Semester	Last Date to submit Course Approval Requests
Fall	Previous October 15th
Spring	Previous March 1st
Summer	Previous October 1st

Any course approval request submitted after the deadlines will be eligible for processing in the following approval cycle.
If the due date falls on a weekend, the effective date will be the first work day following the 1st or 15th.
These due dates have been set in conjunction with the Office of Academic Records. That office will standardize the dates for schedule rollover to correspond to the above dates.

December 15 for publication in March for Spring pre-registration for the Fall term (Print and Web)
September 15 for publication in October for Fall pre-registration for the Spring term (Web only)
